1. Who we are
VerifiedDial is a brand of Harmony For Humanity LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Contact: hello@verifieddial.com. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. The service is for businesses only: you must be at least 18 and act for a business.
2. The service
We research and deliver lists of company decision-makers with their work contact details, ranked for the target you describe. Each lead goes through our checks and is reviewed by a person before delivery. Leads appear in your workspace, where you can call them, track your calls and download the list.
3. Your account
Give accurate information and keep access to your email address secure: we sign you in with links sent to it. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace. There is one workspace per company.
4. Your free lead
Each company can receive one free lead after completing the sign-up form. We may confirm your company before releasing it, and we may refuse free leads when we see abuse.
5. Plans and prices
- 50 leads: $299
- 100 leads: $499
- 250 leads: $1,199
- Custom, from 251 leads: price per lead in a written quote.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where the law requires. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
6. Payment
You pay by card through Stripe, or by bank transfer for custom quotes. We start your list once the payment is confirmed.
7. Delivery
Lists of 50, 100, 250 leads are delivered to your workspace within 24 hours of payment confirmation; custom orders by the date in your quote. You receive exactly the number of leads you bought, never a lead you already received from us. If we cannot deliver on time, we tell you and you may cancel the undelivered part for a full refund of it.
8. Quality guarantee
If a phone number does not work or does not reach the person named, report it from your workspace within 14 days of delivery and we replace that lead free of charge. If more than 5% of a list turns out wrong, we replace every wrong lead and add 10 extra leads.
9. Refunds
Before your list is delivered you can cancel for a full refund. Delivered leads cannot be returned; the quality guarantee above applies instead. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank.
10. How you may use the leads
- You may use the leads for your own business outreach: calls, emails and messages about your products or services.
- You may not resell, publish or share the lists, or add them to another data product.
- You must follow every law that applies when you contact people, including do-not-call registers and anti-spam and data protection laws (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act in the United States, the GDPR in Europe and CASL in Canada). Say who you are, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to; tell us at privacy@verifieddial.com so we remove them from our data too.
- You may not use the leads for harassment, fraud or illegal products.
11. Your content
What you upload (descriptions, product photos) stays yours. You allow us to use it to provide the service, including having product photos described by AI. Only upload content you have the right to share.
12. Acceptable use of the platform
Do not copy the platform or its data by automated means, interfere with its security, or share your account. The website, software and brand belong to Harmony For Humanity LLC.
13. What we promise and what we don't
Business information changes over time. We verify every lead carefully, but we cannot promise that a person will answer, reply or buy. Your remedies for a wrong lead are the guarantee and refunds described above.
14. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
15. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@verifieddial.com.
16. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We tell paying clients about important changes by email.
17. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without taking away any protection that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
