Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

VerifiedDial ("we") is a brand of Harmony For Humanity LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have. It covers two groups of people: our clients and the visitors of verifieddial.com, and the business professionals whose work contact details appear in the lead lists we deliver.

Questions or requests: privacy@verifieddial.com.

1. Our clients and website visitors

What we collect

Why we use it

Product photos you upload are described by an AI model, through OpenRouter, so our research team understands what you sell. We do not use your data to train AI models.

2. People in our lead lists

What we hold

Business contact details of company decision-makers: name, job title, company, work phone number and work email address, plus public facts about the company (website, location, size, what it does) and the date and source of each fact.

Where it comes from

Public sources (company websites, public business registers, online maps listings, public advertising libraries and public professional profiles) and licensed business-data providers. Phone numbers are checked with carrier lookups, and a person on our team reviews each lead before it is delivered.

Why we use it

To help our clients reach businesses that may want their products or services (business-to-business prospecting). We rely on legitimate interest and use only professional contact details, never information about private life.

Who receives it

The client who ordered the list, for their own business outreach. Our clients agree to follow the law when they contact you, to respect your requests, and not to resell or share our lists.

Your choice

You can remove yourself at any time at verifieddial.com/remove or by writing to privacy@verifieddial.com. We stop including you in any future list and keep only what we need to make sure you stay removed. For California residents, this is also how you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

3. Service providers

We use these providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions:

We are based in the United States, and some providers process data outside the EU and the United Kingdom. Where data leaves those regions, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep data

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use (including for marketing), restrict it, receive a copy, and withdraw consent you gave. California residents also have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of their information, and will not be treated differently for using these rights. Write to privacy@verifieddial.com; we answer within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the CNDP in Morocco or your national authority in the EU.

6. Cookies

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

7. Security

All connections are encrypted. Access to client data is limited to the staff who need it. Product photos are private: only you and our team can see them. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

8. Children

VerifiedDial is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

When this policy changes we update it here and change the date at the top. We tell clients by email about important changes.
